1. Who we are and what we provide

AXYS provides career diagnostic reports, structured development pathways, and related advisory services for senior professionals. Our products are designed for informational and developmental purposes. They are tools to support your own career thinking and decisions.

Our reports do not constitute employment, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for professional advice where that is appropriate. Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantee of any specific result, promotion, appointment, or income.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and your own.

3. Products, orders, and pricing

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we send confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Paid reports are delivered digitally. The free diagnostic card requires no payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Where a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after access has been granted, we may suspend or withdraw access to the relevant product.

5. Delivery and access

Digital reports are generated and delivered following successful payment, typically immediately or shortly after. Access is granted to you personally and is for your own use. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to any report or pathway.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because our reports are personalised digital products generated on purchase, specific cancellation and refund terms apply. These are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on axys.one and within our reports and pathways, including the diagnostic engine, question sets, archetype framework, scoring methodology, written content, designs, and the AXYS name and mark, is the intellectual property of iAspire Systems Limited or its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use your purchased report for your own career development. You must not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the service or its underlying methodology.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to disrupt the service, or to submit deliberately false information in order to manipulate or harvest the diagnostic. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Privacy and data

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your individual diagnostic responses and reports are private to you and are never shared with any employer or third party for their own purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure our diagnostics are rigorous and our content accurate, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any report will be suitable for a particular purpose. Any reliance you place on a report is at your own discretion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, opportunity, or anticipated career outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
